Jason Kirby grew up in Incline Village and attended the University of San Francisco.  Jason returned to Tahoe and got his real estate license in 1994 and became a Realtor with his family’s real estate company, Incline Properties. In 2000 Incline Properties merged with Dickson Realty to become Northern Nevada’s largest independent real estate company.  In 2008 Jason joined Keller Williams Group One in Reno, created the Kirby Team, and received many service and production awards. In 2018 Jason moved to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and became managing broker for the Reno/Sparks office. Jason has successfully represented Buyers, Sellers, and Corporate Clients in thousands of real estate transactions over 30 years in the business, in Reno, Sparks, Lake Tahoe and throughout Northern Nevada. 

Jason Kirby’s Awards and Committees include Professional Standards Committee for the Reno/Sparks Board of Realtors (2015-2023), Berkshire Hathaway Chairman’s Circle (2019-2023), Keller Williams Agent Leadership Council (2009-2012), and Top Sales Team/Group for Keller Williams Group One (2009, 2010, 2011) and Director of Incline Village Board of Realtors (1997-1998).  Designations include Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) Graduate Realtor’s Institute (GRI) Seller Representation Specialist (SRS) Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES).
